I live 2 miles from this office. I called them when my cat was having breathing difficulties and the lady on the phone was happy to keep repeating "we are not accepting new patients at this time" even though we had been to this office before. They will gladly let your animal die. ABSOLUTELY do not rely on them because they will let you down when it matters most.
RecommendedDr Scott is a good person along with being a great doc. Our animals never mind going to see him or any of his staff! Great place to go if your pets need a doctor’s help!!
My cat has a chronic illness and Dr Falls will call me every so often to check on his condition and make sure he’s feeling well. I’ve never known a Dr to make follow up calls days or a week later to check up on a patient. Awesome care!
Every once in a while i need a good vet, we go back 20 yrs, Dr.Falls is all pro with a great attitude. Last time, I had to put my best friend down, she wasn't well. Thank god for Scott and his staff, I was a mess, I dont know how the do it day after day. Now a couple years later I need him again.......
Dr. Falls, Dr. Bruning and all the staff are absolutely AMAZING! I am extremely grateful for the care they gave my dog! I wouldn’t trust my dog with anyone else!
