The unit was very accessible and easy to use and if we had a question of any kind they tried to help us. I never had any trouble.
When we moved out there were several valuable items stolen from our storage unit like our TV, Blue Ray, Nice Vacuum and several others. We were surprised since the lock was completely intact, the unit was secured, gated off and there were no signs of breaking and entering. Falls valley gave us the lock. When I went and told them all they would say was "that kind of stuff happens".
