Went to Falls tool on Friday 6/6/2025 in my Chevy 2500 Express cargo van Falls tool required a 3/4 ton vehicle to rent a skid steer loader. We place a $500 dollar deposit with *** the manager for Saturday pick up of machine. I talked to everyone involved, unfortunately your van didn't meet our safety criteria. A 6 lug rear axle which you had doesn't handle the weight of the machine and trailer you were towing. A true 3/4 ton truck will have an 8 lug axle, go look at any dealership. We will ALWAYS error on the side of caution, our insurance company gives us strict parameters to follow for safety, so I believe he made the right call. Everyone's safety is priority number one!
