Amazing
The worst veterinary i have ever bought my animals too three time they meesed up the med script and wanted me to go 4 time meanwhile i have to drive 22 miles each way to town meanwhile my dog is coughing without the meds and they don't care one hand don't know what the other hand is doing
They are great they were there every step of the way when my newly rescued dog had hook work. If I didn't call them they called me to check on Avalon, that always called me right back when I had any concerns. Dr Chaplain was very good about explaining everything. The whole crew was amazing. Thank you all! Definitely want to welcome Liz to the clinic she's amazing!!!!! As well as Dr. Flanagan!! Update, new vet we met today Dr. Mathews and the entire staff, amazing!!
Today I brought my cat in for just a microchip and rabies vaccine. I was unexpectedly charged an extra $50 for a “wellness exam” that, in my opinion, was not performed thoroughly. My cat wasn’t properly examined—his ears, mouth, and skin weren’t even checked. When I asked about it, the vet replied, “You said you had no concerns, so we just assume there are none,” which was surprising.
