I brought my cat in today after scheduling an appointment but was cancelled because i forgot to pay the booking fee. Despite the fact they attended to my cat immediately with no problems. Jules and Dr.Sandra handled my son with love and care. I would definitely make this my cats home clinic.
It was a good first experience even though I was late for my dog appointment they still saw her ,considering I was late
Don’t go to this facility. I had an appointment to bring in my cat, and I was told there was no wait. I said I am 15 minutes away and will be right there. Suddenly, my phone rang and I was told that someone walked in front of me and I would be waiting 3-4 hours. I decided to wait it out - poor decision. I called for an update since I was next in line (the website booking link was broken). I was told that I would have to wait 6 more hours.
