The team at Falls Rd has helped us on more than on emergency with our furry friend. Each time, they have helped our dog with emergency surgery for a nail injury and internal blockage. Our furry friend would not be around had it not been for this team’s diligence and competence. We thank you for everything that you have helped us with and for saving our buddy.
We had to come for what I thought was an emergency for our frenchie. Wait time was minimal! Pricing is fair and from the front desk staff, to the techs, to the vets, everyone was so caring. Outstanding work. Dr. Bloom is amazing! She cares, listens, and truly wants what’s best for you and your pet. SUPERSTAR! 10/10 they will call, email, text, whatever to get in contact with you! We truly appreciate everything and we will be back for my pets regular visits! Thank you so so much!
my animal was sent home with injuries my primary vet said may get infected if not treated. these were not listed on the notes by the doctor for my animals stay. staff were very dismissive and rude when asked questions about follow up care. communication was bad and i would not recommend anyone put their animal through this system.
Unfortunately, my sweet boy, Brody, passed away this morning. Falls Road, you guys was his primary care provider and didn’t give him the attention he needed, and he needed you guys the most. Around 4a.m. on January 19, Brody was not breathing correctly, shaking, and he threw up blood. Obviously, that is an emergency.
