A bunch of crooks! She sum of the procedure agreed upon in the start ended up to be three times higher and they left me with no choice, either pay or you'll never see you dog again! Horrible experience!!! They have no regard for the animals whatsoever, it is clear that money is the game here. Go somewhere else I gave them 2 tries. One healthy visit which I waited for 55 minutes to be seen despite having an appointment and a sick visit where I waited 35 minutes to be seen with a last minutes appointment. I probably spent less than 7-10 minutes with the vet. Will never go back. The staff was not horrible but they seemed overworked and untrained. Only Vet I trust My cat had a swollen lip and I took him to Eastern Animal hospital. I left with a $145 Bill from numerous test and medicines they said he needed. 2 months later same issue appeared but i decided to take him to Falls Road Animal Hospital. They gave him one shot and he was done. They didn't try to make me get additional test or meds. I am so pleased with their quality of care. THEY are in it for our pets not the extra money! I will transfer all my pets here cause this is who can be trusted!
Overpriced with awful customer service I dealt with them a few years ago and will never use them again. The prices are outrageous and they are always trying to sell you on something else. This is especially annoying with all the pictures posted of the owner and his fancy cars and homes that are posted everywhere. The worst part is THE WAIT. It would take almost an hour to get my cat back from a simple checkup. They would tell me to pick him up after 3pm and I just sit and wait and wait. Bad Vet! Falls Road overcharges for basic services. I went in just for shots and they wanted to do all these unnecessary tests on my cat. Being a Doctor I pretty much knew all of these were unnecessary. The staff also seems pretty stupid and doesn't know what they are doing most of the time. I would NEVER go here for ver services.

Not only that they did not make Fluffy feel better but quite the opposite while also being charged an outrages sum of money based only on the promise that she will get better in no time. BEWARE! Do NOT take your pets here!! Terrible place!!! They charge a fortune and are more than happy to suggest treating your pets "inpatient" so they can squeeze the most money possible out of you, while administering every test in the book! You never see the same vet twice, but they all recommend the most expensive care. I once took my dog there when he was having a massive GI upset.
