RecommendedVery clean and updated apartments with beautiful landscaping. Great park and bike path. Manager was very friendly and easy to work with and went out of they’re way to accommodate my needs. Very prompt with any repairs or requests. Very nice apartments at affordable pricing. Highly recommend!!! Also very close to great restaurants and downtown post falls, with beach nearby!!!
I love the location. Nature at my back door and walking trails and a city park just feet away. My neighbors are great people and managment does a great job of keeping the apartments working inside and out. Management always keeps the grounds looking great and they take time to get to know you as a neighbor instead of number. Everything is modern and up to date. Unlike older apartments that are old and falling apart. That is where management takes the effort. And it is that effort that keeps me here. Much appreciated.
The management is a nightmare. They are mean, crooked and nobody gets their security deposits back. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Google it, look at the pending lawsuits, the harassment by the management. Heck, as the police depot about them, not worth the headache they bring, find housing elsewhere
Best apartments I’ve ever stayed in. Currently my fourth time living here. Tina and her team are amazing. Extremely safe location. Apartments are in excellent condition. Grounds are immaculate and the location can’t be beat. I’d recommend this place to anyone. Tina and her team are the nicest I’ve ever encountered. And I’ve lived numerous places over the years. Coming back has always felt like returning home.
Great management, great quiet place, beautiful grounds, did I mention the management? :) Love it here
So pretty and the staff is amazing. All the new improvements from the last time I lived there are wonderful. Wow! Just wow!
