Great and peaceful home, wonderful office staff and maintenance is amazing.
I call this place home, living here 2 years. My kids play at the new sport court and love the playground and pool. Covered parking is a plus. The manager Crissy is great. Definitely recommend.
DO NOT MOVE HERE! If you want a nightmare from hell then do as you please. Apartments are roach infested, management does nothing about fixing anything, trash is always full and on the ground, hot water barely works. Not to mention they will tow your car with permission or communication whenever they want to. If you want so save yourself from a headache and want a clean, comfortable place for yourself or family then DO NOT MOVE INTO FALLS ON CLEARWOOD!!!!!
