This is the 5th complex I have lived in and by FAR THE WORST! The place is full of drunks & crackheads & even prostitutes. The manager is HORRIBLE, I am pretty sure she is high atleast 99% of the time, she actually has dealers come into her office and sell her drugs. She yells and cusses at residents and is very racist. I don't see how her boss actually let's her keep her job, unless she is giving him "favors" in return for her job.
