Dont move here, the staff is very rude, they dont fix your apartment, we haven't have hot watet since two weeks ago and the management doesnt care.
The apartments are old and have mold growing on the walls. Also, they love to have tenants vehicles towed and have the owner pay for the expenses. Last but not least, I experienced a lot of discrimination from this office. Please don't waste your time with this complex.
These apartments are the worst ive ever been too the staff is very rude.they're basically renewed for nothing because they're infested with roaches and they don't keep track of payments since they don't have computers and nothing ever gets fixed don't move here theprice is too high for the value of it. Horrible place
This is by far one of the worst apartment complex in the city of Houston. The staff is rude and can barely speak English. They never fix anything in the unit labor when requested by the resident. They have residents vacate the complex when there lease is up and will not give them a reason why they will not renew there lease when they have always paid there rent on time. DO NOT MOVE here it you will regret it!!!!!
No hot water.a lot of roaches spiders.not a very good place to live with family...please don't move in..

HORRIBLE PLACE. ROACHES, ants, and SPIDERS. I have lived here for two years and it has recently changed to new management. A few days ago $3,000 worth of my stuff was stolen, no signs of a break-in. Management was slow acting and even though I suggested someone who has access to the keys should be questioned, they assured me that no one did it because they've worked with them for a long time and never had problems. I would stay as far away as possible from this place. PLEASE.
