This apt is the WORST Please don’t move here you can they get anything fix right around here everytime something needs to fix maintenance get used part to repair it and the next 2 days you back in the same situation the boiler been BROKEN for over a month and everytime you call the office they saying it’s being worked on I willl never live there even it for rent am about to call the new and report this as I type this because this makes absolutely No Sense what so ever

Alguien de corporacion que me diga cuando restablecen el servicio de agua caliente llevamos 3 dias sin agua caliente es INAUDITO. Y una falta de respeto a Los que vivimos en este lugar.
El lugar es absurdamente caro 1120$ por un apartamento de una habitación?? Y por un apto de 2 habitaciones 1700$ ?? A que juegan? Estamos en Houston no en NY. Aparte no existe seguridad absoluta con las entradas peatonales, normalmente en las noches entran personas en situación de calle para usar los apartamentos vacíos como baños públicos. El servicio de mantenimiento pésimo, llevamos meses esperando que fumiguen el apartamento y nunca han llegado hacer su trabajo.
