High rent prices, zero services, full of insects apartments I think this is not a secure place to live in every morning we wake up with a new issue every night vandalism but leasing office simply ignores and take no action. Think about it again before moving here.
when we entered everything was fine, they repaired things quickly there were only Hispanics excellent service but everything changed with the new administration most of the people in the office are African and they never do anything, Don't move here, you'll regret it, they won't repair anything as long as Cristina is manager, nothing will change, the mold is everywhere. 😡 terrible place to live
I’ve been living at Falls of Bellaire Apartments for 2 years, and my experience has been disappointing. Despite repeated requests for building light repairs and pest control services, nothing has been done. The apartments also lack ceiling fans and proper lighting, making it uncomfortable to live here. To make matters worse, the rent increases every contract term, which feels unfair given the poor maintenance and lack of basic amenities. I cannot recommend this property unless major improvements are made.

The manager and odalis are very nice and very welcoming, it’s a nice apartment and it’s very clean
