Don't ever come to this apartment! Falls of Bellaire is a scam! June 20th of this year, we had our kitchen flooded from a leaking roof from the unit above us. Our kitchen mats got spoilt as a result Last month, our sitting room got flooded with water, our sofa and rug were wet/soaked. This afternoon, another heavy leaked from the ceiling in our kitchen! Good staff they are very nice and patient with customers. 100% recommend to check out. They also talk Spanish and English very helpful to talk and make things easy to settle. Place is clean and the apartment rooms are so much more satisfied than it looks.
I’ve had an amazing experience while living in these apartments. Super clean and safe community. The amenities this place offers are hard to find anywhere else. The staff is always super kind. 10/10 recommend.
