This place is great, I love the pool and the gym I always feel welcomed by the staff when I come into the office. I appreciate their quick response to my questions and needs. The grounds are always clean and inviting, the area is safe and the neighbors are friendly and you can see how comfortable they feel walking around.
Don't ever come to this apartment! Falls of Bellaire is a scam! June 20th of this year, we had our kitchen flooded from a leaking roof from the unit above us. Our kitchen mats got spoilt as a result Last month, our sitting room got flooded with water, our sofa and rug were wet/soaked. This afternoon, another heavy leaked from the ceiling in our kitchen! I’ve had a wonderful experience living at this apartment complex and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to call home. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. They genuinely care about residents and it shows in how smoothly everything runs.
Good staff they are very nice and patient with customers. 100% recommend to check out. They also talk Spanish and English very helpful to talk and make things easy to settle. Place is clean and the apartment rooms are so much more satisfied than it looks.
I’ve had an amazing experience while living in these apartments. Super clean and safe community. The amenities this place offers are hard to find anywhere else. The staff is always super kind. 10/10 recommend.
