I have used their services multiple times over the years...heating, AC, and plumbing. Always very professional...I trust them because they are very upfront and honest about their services, products, and prices. I won't call anyone else!
We needed a mini-split to cool & heat our workshop and Dan Daugherty quoted us a Mitsubishi model that would do the job. He was patient as we had to revise the install date a couple of times, and when the time for install did roll around, it went very smoothly. When a minor issue came up, they came right out and solved it. Ever since the mini-split has been functioning exactly as promised My experience with Falls Mechanical is that they do good, trustworthy work at a reasonable cost.
