Falls Jewelers in Concord is an absolute gem of a store! I recently visited to have my silver cross and chain cleaned, as well as a small repair on a broken rosary. Not only did they provide exceptional service, but they also went above and beyond by not charging me for the cleaning or repair. I've been a customer for nearly 25 years. Their the absolute best, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Their quality is top notch 👌 service is the best and price are good for what you get. The owner helped me with a battery for my watch, which was a graduation gift when I was 16. He didn't change me, which instantly made me a lifetime customer. Give them a try. You won't regret it.
