I took in a family heirloom cross my husband had that his great grandpa wore when stormed the beaches of normandy during WW2. I wanted it fixed for him to wear, as an anniversary gift. The loop that connected the chain to the cross was broken. They fixed it up by putting a new loop and brand new chain. They also steam cleaned it for me. I took my 30 year old multi diamond cluster ring to be fixed. # stones missing and all the prongs needed adjusting and making sure the other 10 or 12 diamonds were set good. He did a fantastic job fixing, replacing and re-doing the prongs on this beautiful ring and for a very reasonable price and great craftsmanship.
