I took in a family heirloom cross my husband had that his great grandpa wore when stormed the beaches of normandy during WW2. I wanted it fixed for him to wear, as an anniversary gift. The loop that connected the chain to the cross was broken. They fixed it up by putting a new loop and brand new chain. They also steam cleaned it for me.
