Kevin was at our property within hours of our first request and that is worth one star. The and a price was fair and reasonable for service needed hence another star. The person that did the removal did not honor our VERBAL agreement and we were prevented from speaking with Kevin at the time of service despite our request to do so. Because there was no written contract, only a portion of the work was completed. I don’t like to leave bad reviews and have given Kevin every opportunity to fix the situation over the past week.
