Doctor Sovel was nice and listened to my health concerns. All experiences with members off staff were pleasant too. For a person that never goes to the doctors, the whole experience went well!
I’m truly disappointed in the way the front desk acted. I checked in at 5:30pm was charged just to find out the worker who was complaining about wanting to go home never checked me in. They then informed me since THEIR worker never checked me in that I would have to wait probably another 2 hours. Never will I return to this location. Now I’m still sick and have to go on a hunt for a new urgent care.
Kevin is so kind to his patients. He actually cares and treats you as such. Thank you so much for such a positive experience.
Saw Amita Joshi, PA-C for a second opinion. She was rude & very dismissive. I've never been treated like this from a health care professional. She literally told me "I should feel lucky I don't have a brain tumor". YES, YES I am BUT I have a medical issue that is unresolved & that's why I seeked out.... "THE CLEVELAND CLINIC". Do not go to CORINNE MAGILAVY. She wouldn’t refill an antibiotic for my skin infection i got from my ichthyosis. The infection was so bad that it was blocking my bodily functions by traveling through my veins. I messaged her on MyChart if there was a stronger antibiotic or another refill i could get bc the infection was that bad and I had it for so long unknowingly.
