I called in advance to make sure they could do what I needed to have done then confirmed again as I was checking in , for me to then sit there for two hours for them to tell me they can’t do it. They have terrible service besides the people at the front desk and genuinely would never recommend going there to anyone . They are unorganized and seem as if they would rather rush you through your appointment than to actually find out what’s wrong

Express care receptionist stated a 3 hour wait time to see a specialist. Also, it is awkwardly located in a shopping center and next to Cuyahoga Falls homes.

I've been here multiple times throughout the years and never had an issue. Very polite and cordial staff, The building is clean. Yes it can get very busy at times but staff does their best

I came to be seen for a spot on my skin with Dermatology, not to contract the flu or Covid. I didn't realize until I walked in that I would have to sit in the same waiting area as urgent care patients where everyone was hacking up a lung and sharing their airborne illnesses. I had to walk past them all in order to sit by the Dermatology entrance. Dumbest set-up ever. There should be completely different check-in and waiting areas.
