Scheduled an appointment online for a $99 cleaning special. Spent about 10 minutes being told they didn't receive the application, but then they took me in. I was asked my social security number and driver license number on their application and to sign away my health records--which I didn't do. The main staff were helpful and pitched the "see you in 6 months?" twice, but the doctor... This place definitely feels like family! I was referred by a friend who had some extensive dental work there a few weeks ago. When I got there, I was greeted with professionalism and attentiveness.
