Scheduled an appointment online for a $99 cleaning special. Spent about 10 minutes being told they didn't receive the application, but then they took me in. I was asked my social security number and driver license number on their application and to sign away my health records--which I didn't do. The main staff were helpful and pitched the "see you in 6 months?" twice, but the doctor... I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Falls Family Dental today. We brought my 83-year-old mother-in-law in for a routine cleaning, and the team went above and beyond from start to finish. Not only did her cleaning go smoothly, but the dentist and staff took the time to create a clear, realistic treatment plan for her upcoming dental work—including crown work and a partial. I had a really good experience at Falls Family Dental. Everyone was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The assistant was great and helped get everything started, brought me back from the front, took my X-rays, and got everything ready for my appointment with Karina. He was very helpful throughout the whole visit and even made sure I had my goodie bag at the end and scheduled my next appointment. Karina was amazing.
