AND THEN TO TOP IT OFF SHE JUST CALLED TO ASK A QUESTION AND THEY HUNG UP ON HER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have emailed their corporate office and will file with Idaho Housing this is ridiculous

For a month my Sister has been back n forth with Karen. oh don't worry your income is fine. don't worry. My Sister planed on moving into her new apartment for a month false hope. Today Karen, says I am sorry you make to much. $14 they have had her income verification for 3 weeks. My Sister has been staying with me until she found something, I have my elderly in laws coming to stay with me during medical treatment. I have lived here it falls Creek apartment complex for a number of years now and there've been a number of ups and downs. I've seen quite a a good handful property managers come and go but despite even the coronavirus, current property manager and community leader Toby Remior and his crew are not only maintaining cleanliness, outward appearance and general upkeep of the property, I've seen actual improvements taking place, with minimal intrusion. This is a Drug Dealing Apartment complex. You will be watched by the dealers who are you're neighbors to try to get your family members hooked. Beware ! The management will lie about you and try and collect money from you, because their utilities fall apart; the water, stove, blinds, everything. There is nothing you can do because they put it on your rental history when you leave if you don't pay them.
