Listen to the patients and do not feel like it's an insult, when some patients do have the expertise of their own body and medical knowledge more so than some so called providers.
This place is a freaking joke!!!! I went to the chiropractors office for an adjustment and paid the bill in full before leaving. Then I kept getting bills from the hospital itself and would call every time and tell them that the bill was paid the day of treatment and they would say “oh yeah we see that. We’re sorry, we’ll fix it right now” well now they decided to send that bill to collections!! How many times do I have to tell these idiots that the bill was paid!!! RecommendedFirst time ever in the ER I loved the staff..THE DOCTOR WAS AMAZING!!! Great hospital
I waited an hour for triage then to hours to even see a doctor and when I did see her she couldn't help me and I was the one that knew more about what was wrong with me then her. I don't think doctors like that should be in a hospital if they can't even tell the patient what's wrong or even run some test. They just sit at the desk and chat about stupid stuff and not have any concerns about their patients.
I have never heard of a hospital turning babies away, but they did tonight. My 11 month old granddaughter. Sad to say when a place that is supposed to help when your sick, turns people away.
RecommendedThey are very nice and responsible of their patients in the hospital and in the emergency room. I highly recommend Jeremy the PA to every on cause when Dr. Crockett sent me to the emergency room he was very through and me and my both liked him alot oh and my psychologist Dr. Finlay is awesome.
Falls Community Hospital ER has poor bedside manners, slow-moving staff, impolite attitudes, an uncomfortable atmosphere, and a rude way of communicating. Everything an emergency room should not be. Patients come to get well not worse, I am very disappointed with the service.
