Unlike the two previous reviews I am actually a customer, and very familiar with the staff. There is no "owner" of the facility as its subsidiary of a local Corporation called PSC Industries. Luke Stuart (the plant manager) has addressed any issues i have had promptly as well as made recommendations for many for various fixtures i have needed fabricated. The "owner" of this place is extremely rude for one, my pregnant fiance called them to ask about a close friend of ours because we havent heard from him since NYE, (we are sure something is wrong) And the first person who answered the phone quickly told us "we don't want any" And hung up on us. Assuming this was a mistake I called back, explaining that there is no other way for us tp try and contact him (we've tried everything) and all we needed was a confirmation that HE WAS ALIVE.
