I called the rent office and when I moved into apartment. 101 I have had a handicap sign designated for me due to my disability. My neighbor upstairs came to the rent office and she wants her folks who are visitors and one is handicap to take over my parking space where I pay rent at. You are accommodating a visitor. I just moved here 4 months ago with my family and I’ve had plumbing issues , and my whole apartment was just flooded and the manager did not once apologize for any inconvenience they made excuses and told me to be understanding. I pay rent here on time at that so if anyone should have to be understanding should be the people that work here ! Mind you I’m a mother of 2 medically complex kids . I’m just ready to move at this point . This apartment complex is the worse 0/10 I do not recommend.
Tiffany was very easy going and made sure everything I wanted needed done I thank her so much for that
