Don’t recommend.located in a very nice area, but very much so overpriced for the stay experience you receive. Been having the same problem all year and now have to take further action because they won’t answer my phone calls and dont want to accommodate for the problems thats not your fault.
I really command the maintenance team here for keeping this place running and being there whenever you call! Antoin has been really great by us ever since he’s shown up on the property! He does great by informing us on what’s going on with the unit and when things will be done. Which is usually really quick with the request ! We appreciate him in all ways and hope he’s here as long as we are!
Falls is a great place to live. Management and staff are always pleasant and willing to help. Thanks to Brionna, Malcolm, and Darrius for always lending a helping hand. I truly appreciate them all. Thanks so much!!!

Good evening I would like to take out time to spend A special shout out to the maintenance guy Darreyas Kinder Each and every time that I have a maintenance issue, he is always there and very professional and gets it done right away. That means a lot to me coming from where I used to stay and no one comes to fix anything so I really appreciate him coming and taking care of all of My Maintenance needs especially on Sunday when my air went out and it was hot.
