Garbage management team ,act like they own the place.Does house inspections like this is the housing authority Changes people that works in the office every 3months,gates have not worked in 20 years..Don’t let you have a question or concern tashea Lewis however you spell her name will talk to you like she owns this place but walks to and from the office everyday for work ignoring our concerns like she’s above the residents …Brionna I can say handles business at her best without being rude or obnoxious
So I have not moved in yet, but I went on an apartment tour and I have Been approved by this apartment complex. When I say, Madison Frost is Top-tier in this business, I mean it with my whole heart. When we arrive to our home tour, she actually was on her way to lunch. She stopped to take time to Give us a tour of the apartment grounds. this has been by far my worst apartment experience ever and i’m not hard to please. i moved in a week ago and 3 days into my move, my a/c stopped working. i submitted a work order and called the emergency maintenance line and never got a call back. 2 days later my work order was marked as complete, however, I came back to my apartment being 96 degrees after being away for the weekend.
