Thought this place was perfect at first. Quiet, peaceful, no issues, until today. One of the maintenance men entered my bedroom without permission. They had permission to come into the apartment to work on the ice maker, but violated my privacy when entering my bedroom without permission. I did report this to Thelma in the leasing office, and was met with very little to no empathy. It’s been okay, yes lake front is great but there’s alot of things that can be focused or communicated better The playground is broken which a major safety issue for kids trying to play if they had enough Money to fix the pool and new furniture they can invest in a nice playground for kids to play safely, also seems like the pool is always closed/locked it would be nice to have some communication that the pool is going to be closed
I had a wonderful experience living here and would highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a new place to call home. Everyone in the leasing office was always friendly, helpful, and communicative. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, they were quick to respond and made sure any issues were taken care of promptly. A special thank you to Michael, who was my leasing agent.
