I cat-sit for my friends here from time to time and wow! This building is amazing! I have always had a positive experience with the staff and the neighbors when I have visited. My friends absolutely love living here and the view are incredible. Such an amazing gem and its such a staple of NE!
Great list of amenities and location that’s walkable to everything that’s necessary if we ever get shut down again. However, it is dated, walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors which are a much older resident base. Also, there’s police/ambulance sirens that go off everyday around 4am.
