On Friday, October 10, I waited for my doctor from 11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. even though I had an appointment at 11:45. However, the receptionist, a young lady, was not doing her job properly and did not solve my problem at all. I waited for an hour and even missed work because of this lack of attention. It was a very bad experience, and I believe these issues should be addressed.
