When I called Fallou answered the phone and was very polite, she had a client in the chair, a walk in AND she handled ALL of us without my feeling left out. Fallou runs her business elegantly and is very professional. I told her what I wanted and when I got there and she looked at my hair, she told me that my hair was too short for what I asked for and she gave me an alternative style that fit me perfectly.
