I absolutely adore and love, Dr. Kap As I call her. She seems to care and want the best for her patients
Great physician with superb bedside manner!
Great doctors but the front deck ladies should be more friendly
Empathetic to patients, easy to reach and follows up with patient. Her and the nurses are very good about addressing concerns. The only drawback is the limited office hours for in-person appointments.
Dr. Kapatais is truly an exceptional physician with great bedside manners and a unique talent of connecting with her patients. She makes sure she is there for you when you need her. She goes above and beyond to address every issue when it comes to your health. However the office staff showed very unprofessional behavior when asked about clarification regarding an issue. This behavior from the support staff is unpleasant for any patient. I hope it is addressed.
