I booked the city hall elopement for 12/20/25. Immediately after booking and paying the $200 fee, I received 3 (assuming automated) emails from Fallon, one of which contained a contract. The contract stated the ceremony fee ranges from $165 - $1250. I was referred to Fallon by my brother and sister-in-law who had a great experience, but sadly, mine was the complete opposite. From the beginning, Fallon seemed professional over the phone, but on the day of my elopement (9/26/25), everything fell apart. She arrived more than 29 minutes late, and it was clear she overbooked herself—she even mentioned having 6 more ceremonies that day. She married my husband and I and never filed our license. She lied and said mail gets lost but we went to the court house 4 times and each time they said she never filed it because they would’ve saw it in the system which makes sense because we never received our license and we got married months ago.
