I paid for a consultation to review pricing for the Chapel Elopement package. Fallon’s website and our consultation clearly stated that rooftop access was included for the ceremony. However, after I requested to see the rooftop in person, she suddenly changed her stance and said it was not included—resulting in a $1,600 price difference.
