Save yourself heartache and avoid booking Fallon Jones. I booked an elopement ceremony service and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. After booking and completing their questionnaire (which asked about decor preferences such as candles), I later learned that the chosen waterfall location, Roswell Mills Waterfall, does not allow any decor or chairs. Ms. Jones was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning she was professional, kind, and extremely accommodating. My husband and I needed a same-day ceremony, and she made it happen without hesitation. She worked around my schedule and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I booked the city hall elopement for 12/20/25. Immediately after booking and paying the $200 fee, I received 3 (assuming automated) emails from Fallon, one of which contained a contract. The contract stated the ceremony fee ranges from $165 - $1250. I was shocked by this as I was under the impression the $200 I had already just paid was inclusive of the short ceremony as no where on her website does it say the upfront fee is a booking/reservation fee, so I had reached out via email to Fallon asking for clarification on the t... read more

I was referred to Fallon by my brother and sister-in-law who had a great experience, but sadly, mine was the complete opposite. From the beginning, Fallon seemed professional over the phone, but on the day of my elopement (9/26/25), everything fell apart. She arrived more than 29 minutes late, and it was clear she overbooked herself—she even mentioned having 6 more ceremonies that day.
