Almost 10 years on the MA HealthConnector for small businesses and Fallon Health is by far the worst insurance (and yet the 2nd most expensive) insurance plan I have had to date. Wouldn't even cover a mammogram. I put off all kinds of appointments for fear of never knowing what kind of bill I was going to end up with.

Worst insurance company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If I could give negative star reviews I would. They will deny EVERY claim and hide behind fine print. I have been denied for everything my doctor has deemed medically necessary. Even if they concede it was necessary they hide behind getting “prior authorization” in order to not pay.
