Plans are complicated, most requests are denied, poor appeal process.
By far the worst insurance I have ever had. They have done so much damage to my health. Everything my doctor orders these people deny. I go without necessary medical care constantly.
I was healthcare proxy for my Dad who had Insurance administered by Fallon. As such I needed to work with Fallon to arrange for various services from doctors and other healthcare providers while Dad was getting home care and then skilled nursing facility care. Throughout the last year, Fallon provided exemplary customer service for all matters that I had to interface with them for. I was truly impressed with both the professionalism and true caring Fallon provided to my Dad and family.
I've had all of em, Tufts, BCBS, HP, PPO's, HMO's, an earlier version of Fallon. Fallon 365 is BY FAR the best health insurance I've ever had. I use the Reliant system and the two have been seamless.
