We were ready to use another company to replace our heat pump system, but I was not happy with what a couple of those companies were proposing. A neighbor, James who worked for Fallin’s sent me their business card told me they could provide a quote. A very friendly and helpful office guy listened to my problem about some possible a/c issues. He gave me an appointment for the next day. Mason checked out my 3 yr old unit after another company claimed I needed $1500+ to "repair". Mason found no issues and fixed a problem at no addl charge that the other company had created. He gave me some tips on what to watch for and helpful advice. Fallin also submitted a copy of their invoice to Lakeland Electric to get the servicing amount rebated on my bill next month.
