Worst experience EVER! Dr. Morales had to retire due to health issues, I was out of my anxiety medicine so I made an appt. with Dr. Hurst. To start it off the ladies at the front desk are AWEFUL! They were so rude to patients they were speaking with on the phone, it was unbelievable! I go all the way back to Ratliff City to pick up my perscription only to find it wasn't called in and the office had already closed........if any of you take anxiety medicine then you will know just How horrible it is to go with out it!!!
Dr. Vonfeldt is amazing! She done everything for my son that she possibly could. Until one day he just got better! Love her. Will use her for every one of my kids in the future! I highly recommend her! She's very sweet and knows what she's talking about!
Dr. Vonfeldt has been wonderful...she has a great medical team....there is one person who sits to the right on her computer and she is always so rude and ugly to everyone...I'm glad she isn't one that goes in the rooms or she never has with me....i even hear her on the phone being ugly to patients.....
