Rude and dismissive
Extremely rude staff. Poor customer/patient care. My son had an appointment scheduled for 4pm, and we live a hour and a half away, so both my son and daughter had to leave school early. We left early enough to make it there with plenty of time to spare. There was an accident on I55 and traffic was backed up for 10 miles. I called to let them know I might be late.
