My regular hygienist was out the day of my appointment. After waiting twenty minutes I went to the girl at the front desk to ask why. She didn't look up at me and simply said "I don't know" and left me standing there. This girl was not very friendly or helpful. I've ever been treated that way at your offices before. You need Jolene back!!

Love this place. Great people. My dentist does great work without hurting.
I switched over to Dr Fallert's office after our dentist retired on the recommendation of a work friend. My husband and 2 daughters switched shortly after I did, and we all are very happy with the practice. They are consistently kind and considerate from the front desk to the dental hygienist to the dentist and have always done a great job whether it has been fillings or cleanings. I would highly recommend.
