I have been a patient since 2017. Dr. Fallena saved my life. I have an autoinflammitory genetic disease, FMF, that she diagnosed. I had been to 10+ doctors, 5 hospitals, with no diagnoses. She is quiet spoken, very caring and a great doctor. I am forever indebted to her.
I have been seeing Dr. Fallena for years! I changed from Dr.Cohen to her. She is so sweet and gentle. She is very soft spoken and polite. I am following her to her new practice on Hillcrest Rd! I am a true fan of hers. I like her a lot!
Really liked Dr. Fallena! But, there is something wrong/terribly ineffective with the office! At my 1st appointment, i had to wait in a line out of the door, and I was shocked with the payment needed (normally offices call to inform about the cost). But, I was there so I paid it. I saw Dr. Fallen & she was great so I scheduled a follow-up! Upon arriving on the date/time, I was told that I was NOT scheduled until Jan 9. GOOD LUCK! After 3 weeks of calling and leaving messages, making portal requests I NEVER GOT A REPLY! Would give 0 stars if I could. New rheumatologist called day after they got my referral. Don't Wait in pain. Learned my lesson.
