Peaceful place to live
Military family living here for a year now. Manager is very respectfully and is ex-military so very understanding of all our SCRA benefits. Never had any issues with loud neighbors. Most days the neighborhood is quiet. Maintenance takes care of the beautiful roses, orange trees, and lime trees on the property. If I need anything done, the manager gets maintenance right on it. BEWARE! Owner of the complex is rude!! Back story: We're from out of state. When we signed our lease for our current apartment we were able to put money down to hold the apartment until we could get to California to move into it. I had sent a message to see about available 2 bedroom apartments opening up in the Fallbrook Hillside Terrace complex so hopefully my husband and I could move closer to base.
