What a horrible, incompetent clinic. I had a family member go to this clinic, and it was the worst clinic she had ever been to. The nurses and office people were rude and unhelpful, even somewhat belligerent at times. They scheduled appointments for her, and then she found out they hadn’t put the appointment in the computer, and she only found out she didn’t have an appointment because SHE followed up with THEM just in case. Impossible to contact by phone, left on hold forever. Can't even cancel an appointment. Send me multiple texts, then tell me they can't reach me. Someone even had two numbers of my phone number backwards...but they were texting me.
Enjoy being around my favorite mental health expert #colonel sanders #kfc we should go meetup for some fried chicken at this point. The sessions for #schizophrenia treatment seem to go well enough by now.
