So I guess I must be the first customer who has ordered the same exact replacement frames, but unfortunately the lenses don't fit right and there's nothing they can do about it. I have to figure it out. This can't be their first rodeo, but it would be great if they had a course of action.
Had my first visit at this center and everyone was just delightful. Dr. Ramos is very friendly and knowledgeable.
