We talked through difference price points thoroughly, and I appreciate that he was happy to update the quote as I weighed my options. We have hired Fallas Landscape for three homes. The staff is responsive, prompt, helpful with suggestions and plans, and thorough with follow up and clean up. They have handled our landscaping, patio paver extension, outdoor lighting and other outdoor living improvements. Great people to work with from the crews to the owner! We made the change to Fallas Landscape a little more than a year ago due to a very disappointing experience with our previous company. Our backyard had been decimated due to poor maintenance and our front yard was lacking. We did our research and talked with others and made our decision. It has been one of our best. Jeff Coffman and his team are outstanding. We have been receiving lawn maintenance now for almost a year and could not be happier. Shrub trimmings look very manicured. To add, we had new sod placed today and a large tree trimmed to allow more sun light and the work performed by both teams was great. Beyond our expectations. Everything looks great and team ensured all sprinklers were functioning before they left. Office staff are consistently responsive.
