My experience with Fall River has been exceptional! They were able to work with my florist (with whom they do business with in Bermuda) on getting a shipment to my hotel in NY. Shipment had a hiccup, and somehow didn't arrive 2 days ago as scheduled(no fault of Fall River)not sure what happened with trucking company used. HOWEVER, Andy emailed me to let me know what happened, and had one of their employees drive a new shipment out ASAP from Boston To NY and arrived today, exactly the time he said it would arrive!
