We currently service southern New England, substantial parts of New Hampshire and Maine, and parts of West Chester County, New York through our delivery fleet of refrigerated trucks. I started working with Fall River this wedding season and Kim has been my fresh floral sales rep she has been way MORE than accommodating, always answering my emails and getting me product whenever I need it! (almost 24/7 which is unheard of!) they are always willing to try to source some of the crazy items I request and deliver right to my studio! I have been ordering from fall river for about 4 years as I run a floral business from my home. They deliver on time every week, sending a text with ETA, deliver to my home, unload my boxes and I have beautiful flowers each time. The truck is refrigerated and the orders are never incorrect or shorted. If product is unavailable they make every effort to sub something with no delivery charge. I have owned a retail florist for 15 yrs and find FR to be the best in customer service and knowledge of product. All wholesalers have good and bad product but FR always stands behind their products. Sara Milanese is the best salesperson I have ever had. She knows variety names and colors of every flowers. NO ONE in the industry knows that. She has helped me many times with WEDDING WORK. I was in many jams and she has saved me. Remember you are dealing with perishable product and nothing is perfect.

Anyone who purchases Fresh flowers might want to consider Inspecting before leaving the building/delivery. Twice I received roses with brown centers as well as wilted Anemones & orchards. Very disappointed to discover this hours before the bride walks down the isle especially when I requested the order to be thoroughly inspected as I stressed the fact it was for a wedding.
