Took my 3 kids in for Covid testing and I was not informed that by bringing them in I’d be charged an office visit for all 3 until checking out afterwards. They only tested one child and took the temp. of the others, looked in one of their mouths and that was the extent of the exam. They then charged my insurance $200 per kid and it ended up costing me $60 out of pocket. No I wouldn’t recommend. Most of the people that work there were great however… I have a service dog and a guy name Jake asked me to leave because of my service dog. He said people were allergic and that I had to leave. Which is not true It states in the ADA “ it is not appropriate to ask for a Service dog to leave due to allergies or fear of dogs” He asked me again to leave I said ok but you are WRONG! We LOVE Fall River & Dr. Dustin!!! We recently moved & I seriously consider driving the 3 hours to Rexburg so my kids can continue to see him. We always felt heard & actually cared for whenever we went into the office.
Absolutely the most caring, friendly, patient, and respectful staff. I brought my daughter in today for a split lip that required stitches, and everyone was so very helpful and patient with her, as she was so very upset and nervous. Brennen Larsen was amazing with my daughter, patiently and calmly working on her despite her being very upset. He was able to stitch her up quickly and we were on our way. We have been coming here for years! We absolutely love Dr. Gillette and will only see him, unless it’s simple things like a wellness or vaccines and we will see his staff. We have been here for everything from fishing hooks being stuck in hands, bow accidents, to children being hospitalized for months with another dr and Dr. Gillette getting us the help we needed within a few hours. We couldn’t thank him enough for everything he has done for us!
