The guy who is the technician is a clown and shouldn't be allowed to call using the company phone. Makes me and many other people in this city not want to use their services. Bunch of uneducated twits in there. I'll be sure when I'm in need of tree falling services to not use them.
We can't thank Nick, and his crew, enough! They were courteous, professional and talented. They removed our trees in a day and even cut the wood to the size we wanted! We HIGHLY recommended Fall-It Tree Services!
Nick and his team did a great job on our property. He takes his job very seriously, is cautious and precise in his estimation of where the tree is going to fall. He fell 8 large Balsam that were close to sheds , power lines and fences. Nice guy, easy to talk to., as are his crew. We will definitely hire him again in the future!
