They were super friendly and even sent me new patient paperwork beforehand to fill out. We've been going to Fall Creek Vision Center for around 4 years now. The Doctors are all great, very friendly and informative. The staff has always been super helpful and always make sure we get the most out of our insurance.
My husband, 14 year old son and myself all go to Fall Creek Vision Center and see Dr. Riina. We love FCVC because of the extremely Friendly staff, state of the art machines and quick delivery for contacts and glasses. Everyone in the office is friendly from the time you walk in. Gordon, Dr. Riina's eye technician, is great to work with and very patient. Dr. Riina is the best optometrist in the game. She is knowledgeable and takes time to discuss different options available for contacts and glasses. She is very precise on getting your vision prescription just right. I can't say enough how much I appreciate how well she has taken care of our family's vision needs! I highly recommend her if your looking for great optometry care!
Dr. Riina, Always a great experience. Two pair of glasses. Several sets of contacts. Diagnosed my pink eye before I realized I had pink eye. I Highly recommend her. Staff is awesome.
