We had a party of 9 last night there. The worst service I have EVER seen. We sat for 30 minutes before asking for our drink orders to please be taken, At that time we ordered our drinks and food at the same time.After being told 3 times it was on the way - it NEVER showed. The air was NOT working where they sat us and even when we complained about it they did NOT offer to move us to a table that was empty and there was a lot of them. The catfish on the menu is only an appetizer, even though the name suggests otherwise. Steak was ordered rare and was so overcooked it was like shoe leather. Microwaved cobbler was rubber like and they were out of ice cream. Food arrived covered in cocktail sauce (rubbery, old corn on the cob, potatoes, steak, etc.). Can not say how bad this restaurant is, I’ve also noticed they do not comment all all the bad reviews! I somehow bet I get banned from commenting anymore after this. Bad business all the way around! Horrible management....tossed rolls of you can get them, food is prepackaged garbage! I hope people read the reviews before waisting money here. Poor service on top of it all!
Stake wasn’t cooked the way I ordered. Server came to late to have it cooked more everyone else was done eating. We will never eat there again.
Where to begin, the home of the tossed rolls probably should have someone there to toss the rolls. Service was slow, food was packaged food, salad bar was as never filled. (Once we got a roll, at the point we had finished and was leaving, they were actually good) always wanted to stop every time we drove by to get a thrown roll, well now we will just drive by! $70 for 2 people for a meal that used processed cheese dip for their queso is a bit much lol.
Looked busy when we arrived, but the hostess immediately seated us. No waitress for at least 10 minutes. She then passed by and said she'd be right back. After several more minutes, she finally returned. At that point, we had had plenty of time to review the menu and make our choices, but she refused to take anything other than our drink order. We went elsewhere.
We spend a week in Branson every year and always loved going here until now. Server maybe came to our table 3 times, had to ask someone else for silverware, steaks came out over cooked, and was never asked if we needed steak sauce or anything else. Service has definitely went down hill since last year.
