I had a procedure done at this dental office. By that evening I was experiencing pain and left 2 messages on the after hours voicemail. I received no phone call. When I called back the following morning I was told the person responsible for returning calls was unavailable that evening. To me, this is not acceptable. I prefer to have a dental relationship with an office that will be there for me if I am experiencing issues from a procedure. I just started going to this office. I really liked the staff and doctors and felt they really cared about me. I am going to schedule my kids next.
Will recharge you after billing your insurance. Cost keeps going up and up after each visit. Pay extra for this.. pay for that. They screwed up my crown 3 times. Finally happy with a new dentist at a different location. All they care about is money. and are very rude
I recieved a postcard mailer a week ago for a FREE whitening. They do a bait and switch scam. Said I cant have the whitening until I do the $900 deep clean. What a joke. This is the Walmart of dentist office. Vist a real dentist this place sucks.
