Fall creek does build an attractive house BUT after living here for a couple years it’s clear they cut corners and will not stand behind their warranty. They say they will come out and fix anything within the first year but then they are impossible to get a hold of and when you do you get told how sorry they are with an excuse saying “I promise this isn’t how we do business.” But text after text, call after call we got ignored. Fall Creek builds an attractive home however they do not stand behind their warranty. Six months after moving in, water was discovered in my crawl space. Repair was close to $6000. At first, Fall Creek refused to cover the cost, later they committed to share the cost but months later, I have not received the funds promised. Very disappointing to say the least as in addition to the crawl space, my backyard still floods and will need another expensive repair as the yard was not graded properly.
