I’ve been a Real Estate Broker in Palm Beach County for almost 20 years and I thank god for having crossed paths with this wonderful Law Firm/Title company since I started. The staff answered my questions and was responsive to all my inquiries. When a minor issue arose they expeditiously got the error corrected. We are very pleased with the services that were rendered.
2 weeks post closing still waiting on my creditors and seller to be paid. Have gotten into many verbal arguments and have been told it’s all my fault even though he’s had all the necessary paperwork for almost 3 months. I went so far as to drive from lake worth to hobe sound the day of my closing to expedite documents his team mismanaged. And they STILL didn’t get the proper signatures on my deed.
