This company does not deserve an A+ rating They overcharge for parts (a part that costs $20 appeared on my bill for $225) and when I spoke to the company they said this was for the warranty of the part and their service. However, they claim that they guarantee their parts at no cost. NOT TRUE. This outrageous mark up is in addition to paying $200 for the ervic visit that took 20 minutes. we spent $1900 to fix our heating system. Although, they came three times the problem still was not rectified. We still have no heat in our house. We are beginning to believe that this business is taking us for a ride.
Called for emergency service😔 got a timely response 😊tech showed up earlier than expected and did a stellar job figured out the problem and fixed it all within less than one hour!! Great service will be setting up yearly service . Keep up the great work 😊😊😊

Awesome! Ron and his crew were extremely polite and pleasant to work with. I have had no problems with my Central A/C (I've had it for 2 1/2 months) during this hot summer. I'd recommend Falite Bros wholeheartedly!!!
