For what is charged in rent a tenant shouldn’t have to be without a working dryer. Unacceptable. Not the residents fault you don’t have enough maintenance staff.
Justin on the maintenance team is awesome and made sure to fix my air conditioning when there were issues.

I love Falcons Pointe! The office is amazing and quick to help you with any issue you’re having! Maintenance is quick and efficient! Amenities are new and pool is terrific!
Terrible management, very petty when it comes to moving out and getting a deposit back. Charges you for the smallest thing they can find, even stuff that you and your roommates NEVER touched. Maintenance was the only thing that was somewhat acceptable. Air conditioning continuously went out on hot days on multiple occasions. Don’t recommend if you ARE a college student working to pay off tuition and bills at the same time.
