Genuinely the worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life, which as someone who grew up in a abusive household says something. Management is never available, and when they are they are rude, unwilling to cooperate, and will not help in any way. You can have an actual police incident report against a roommate and they wont terminate your lease. For what is charged in rent a tenant shouldn’t have to be without a working dryer. Unacceptable. Not the residents fault you don’t have enough maintenance staff.
Justin on the maintenance team is awesome and made sure to fix my air conditioning when there were issues.
My friend lives there and always has positive things to say about the facility!
I love Falcons Pointe! The office is amazing and quick to help you with any issue you’re having! Maintenance is quick and efficient! Amenities are new and pool is terrific!
