My appointment was originally scheduled for 4:00 PM, but on the day of the visit I received a text changing it to 3:30 PM, with no explanation or request for confirmation. I want to complain because I, along with my children, were new patients at your clinic. When I started the treatment, I asked the receptionist, and she said that after all the treatment was done and the insurance was processed, we would definitely receive the gift card. In the end, we were cheated and did not get it. They keep trying to trick us with different excuses. They are not honest. I am very upset because of this. I ask others not to go to this dental clinic. the management is not trustworthy.
I am really pleased with thier professionalism. They were kind and patient. My friend referred me to them and they are actually fantastic. I will definitely be transferring all my family dental care over to them. Dr Sarah was patient, kind and professional. She actively communicated the procedure. I felt at peace with her.
They even didn’t deserve one star. They offered gift card for holidays. They took all insurance money. When me and my husband asked about gift card. First they mentioned, when insurance will give them money then they will send but they didn’t. Now we asked about gift cards. they mentioned , we didn’t done hygiene procedures. Had a root canal done 5 months ago. First off he broke one of the tools off in my root and said to me we will just leave it in it won't affect you. Everyone in the clinic is very hard to understand as English is very poor. Now I have to go back for a third time for the same tooth and you better believe that they will charge my insurance to redo the work and I think that's very wrong it should be on them this time to fix my tooth properly the right way. Im even thinking of talking to my lawyer about malpractice
