Friendly service on the gas pumps
Being a former customer, I called Falconi Energy to perform repair on my Heating system since my current supplier don't perform maintenance/repair. I got to know, per policy they only serve customer who buys oil from them, which is ok. Then I asked, can I get back into contract of buying oil and then you can schedule repair 1-2 months out if you are busy at this time. I was told work with current supplier or somebody else and then hung up on me. Is this grudge of moving out to new supplier, Rude & un-professional !!!
